Sunsuria Foundation Concord Scholarship 2026

Eligibility And Minimum Requirements
The Scholarship is awarded based on the strength of the student’s academic performance, co-curricular involvement, communication skills and character.
The applicants’ financial need will be taken into consideration.
- Be Malaysian students aged 16+ or above on 1st of September 2026
- Be applying for Sixth Form (Year 12) 2026/2027 intake
- Demonstrate strong academic results (minimum A-level entry performance)
- Submit all supporting documents by 6 March 2026 (Before 5.00PM)

1. What are the criteria to apply for the Sunsuria Foundation Concord Scholarship 2026?
- Open for Malaysian students only; aged 16+ and above on 1st September 2026
- Academic Results:
- Forecast or Actual Results: 6A*s in iGCSE, 6A+s in SPM, UEC or equivalent.
- A* or A+ where applicable in subject chosen at A-Level
- School’s recommendation letter
2. Which year group is this scholarship for?
The scholarship is only available for students in the Sixth Form (Year 12)
3. What is the scholarship amount (quantum)?
This is a fully funded scholarship with up to 100% tuition fees waived.
4. How long is the duration of the scholarship?
Until the end of studies. The scholarship committee will review students’ performance from time to time based on requirements set in the scholarship policy.
5. What is the application process for the scholarship?
Step 1: You are required to submit your application with:
- A completed application form;
- Documents as specified in the application form
(please refer to CCIS Application Form); - Additional documents required are:
- Actual results or forecast result for IGCSE (if applicable)
- Actual results or forecast result for UEC (if applicable), or
- Actual results or forecast result for SPM (if applicable)
Step 2: You are required to sit for an entrance assessment.
- English Assessment
- Math Assessment
- CAT4 Assessment
- Interview with the Executive Principal for shortlisted applicants.
Step 3: Shortlisted candidate(s) will have interview sessions with Tan Sri Datuk Ter Leong Yap, Executive Chairman of Sunsuria
Berhad and Mr. Neil Hawkins, Founding Principal.
Step 4: Successful applicants will be announced on the 20th of March 2026
Note: Applicants do not need to pay for Application Fees (RM2000) or acceptance fees (part of tuition fees & one-time only) of RM5000.
6. What is excluded in the scholarship?
- Term Deposit of RM5000 (day students) / RM7500 (boarding student) (refundable upon completion of studies)
- Meal Fees (for day students only)
- Boarding Fees (Weekday or Full Boarding): It is optional and covers accommodation, food, laundry, and weekend
activities. - Transportation Fees (for day students only)
7. When is the deadline for the scholarship submission?
You need to submit the application form and supporting documents by 6th March 2026, Friday before 5:00pm.
8. When is the announcement for successful applicants?
The announcement will be on Friday, 20th of March 2026.
9. Are there any other information I should be aware of?
Yes, the interview sessions will be scheduled between these dates, and you should make yourself available on these dates:
- Interview: 14th or 15th of March 2026
Also, if required, candidates will be asked to sit for an additional Mathematic test (approximately 1-hour) on the day of the interview.
